RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you purchased an item on the site and wish to return it, please contact us at shirly@ani-studio.com who will guide you through our return process.
Please note that when you return an item:
(1) We ask that it is still in its original packaging and is not worn, washed, damaged or had the tags removed.
(2) Any item which fails to meet these criteria may not be refunded. please ensure the items returned are packaged into one parcel.
(3) Return shipping must be prepaid via traceable method (we recommend registered post) to ensure safe and documented delivery.
Once we have received your return, we will notify you by email and process your refund/exchange within 5 business days (please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to show in your account).
All the sale section items are non returnable.
Refunds Policy.
We will provide you with a refund on full-priced items where -
(1) The items are in sale able condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached.
(2) The items have not been worn, damaged or washed.
(3) You notify us for a refund/exchange within 14 days of receipt.
(4) The original invoice as proof of purchase is provided.
(5) The items are faulty (unless caused by you).
(6) Your items received are different to the goods you have ordered.
Please note: we do not refund sale goods unless deemed faulty. Refunds will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card.
Exchange Policy.
You may exchange your garment for any item of your choice (subject to availability). Please note: sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund. Exchanges will only be accepted if -
(1) The goods are in sale able condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached.
(2) The goods have not been worn, damaged or washed.
(3) You notify us to exchange within 14 days of receipt of goods.
(4) The original invoice as proof of purchase is provided.
ANI. is not responsible for shipping costs that may occur regarding the return of a product.
